jaipur

Rajasthan is sensational, its dizzying and fuming too. Jaipur, our first destination after delhi, an ancient city with a huge wall surrounding the oldest section. Its crowded as fuck though...even more blairing and chaotic then delhi by far...but it makes every rickshaw rides full of excitement and close calls. we lucked out and found meet an awesome driver named rafik at the train station, he's very friendly friendly and smart and has six kids. We had him give us a full day guided tour of jaipur which was superb. We went to see a mandala park. Mandalas are basically huge three dimensional sun dials used for astrological reasons with many shapes created for each month of the year and so on. Supposedly viewing them realigns your mind with the universe…this is a good thing cause india is making my mind spin.
We also, visited many temples and the craziest fort on a mountain side just outside of town that was like the great wall of India or something like this. The interior of the fort was amazingly complicated with hundreds of staircases and small passageways to explore and get lost in. In fact the fort was such a maze we did get lost inside and it took a lot of manuvering to get back out. I think the king had something like 108 wives, weighed 400pnds and would eat 100 chapatti with each meal.
Hey, why not. code

I think all the poor and begging would be hard for me.
What a place to learn compassion, huh?
How's the food?
